Leading fitness instructor, indoor cycling pioneer, and Flywheel Co-Founder and Creative Director Ruth Zukerman is the driving force behind one of the nation’s most effective, empowering workouts. With a background in dance and exercise physiology, Ruth has played an integral role in creating a fun, results-driven indoor cycling experience that — in just five years — has made Flywheel an unstoppable force in the boutique fitness space. A workout unlike any other, Flywheel’s warm, welcoming community and technology-based performance tracking work synergistically to change minds and bodies every day. As a multitasking powerhouse, this entrepreneur and mother of two continues to teach several sold-out classes every week, both in NY and at Flywheel’s 38+ studios nationwide.
Margaret Ruvoldt is a results and data focused executive with demonstrated expertise directing the design, development, and implementation new products and comprehensive business process and operations functions to drive profitable growth. She has proven success leading strategic planning initiatives while driving efforts to enhance operating efficiencies, reduce costs, and impact the bottom line.
Maggie currently works for 2U, which partners with leading colleges and universities to deliver the world’s best online degrees programs so students everyone can reach their full potential. She joined 2U in 2010 to develop its Human Resources functions. After leading that function for two years, she transitioned into key operational roles mostly recently as Regional General Manager. Prior to joining 2U, Maggie held positions at The Princeton Review, Johnson&Johnson and Sterling Infosystsems as well as running a consulting practice. Maggie bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and is pursuing an MBA at the UNC Kenan-Flagler’s Business School. Maggie founded Mentoring Mondays, a mentoring group for women at 2U.
Kristy Dickerson is a sought after keynote speaker, business advisor, and co-founder at www.StartPlanner.com. She specializes in teaching productivity business and organization. Upon completion of her degree in finance and business management she started her first business after having her first child. Kristy states, "Helping to inspire individuals and showing them how to balance personal and professional ambitions is my passion." Merging her business sense with her passions, Kristy has developed ways to show and inspire others to harness their efforts fully through efficiency and find success with a no excuses attitude. Her relatable demeanor and tactics have been featured in publications like North Atlanta Business Post, Domino Magazine, and much more.
